Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to VIP content, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within a 48-hour window from purchase. Eligible for Refund: • Technical issues preventing access to VIP channels • Duplicate charges or billing errors • Service not delivered within 24 hours of payment • Account issues preventing signal delivery Non-Refundable Situations: • Change of mind after accessing VIP content • Dissatisfaction with trading signal outcomes • Market losses from following signals • Partial refunds for used subscription periods • Requests made after the 48-hour refund window expires To request a refund, contact us via Telegram at @uktyler within 48 hours of your purchase with your payment confirmation and Telegram username. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
